MISSION AGENCY: Josiah Venture

Josh & Kristen Morneau have been active in missions since high school and believed they were meant to serve in Europe.  They heard about Josiah Venture’s focus on relational ministry and heart for youth and wanted to join in.  With Kristen’s teaching degree and Josh’s in music, they were a natural fit for Josiah Venture’s Fusion ministry — a music ministry that harnesses the power of music to bring people together to connect un-churched youth in Central and Eastern Europe to Christ and the local church.

They first visited Slovenia in the winter of 2016 and that summer helped at a Fusion camp. Here they got to participate first-hand in God’s movement happening throughout Slovenia. During this experience, their passion for Slovenia and its people grew; they knew this is where God wanted them.  Now that they’ve arrived and settled in, their time is comprised of serving the team and local churches, learning more about Fusion, training up leaders, and then helping to launch Fusion in a new city in the future.
