RESPONSIBILITIES

As Deacon of Missions I am eager to lead the Missions Committee and engage the entire congregation in the global advance of Christ’s kingdom by church member involvement and through our missionary family.

MY FAITH JOURNEY

I was blessed to grow up in a home and in churches where I learned to love and trust Jesus and to feel the urgency of the missionary task both locally and globally.  My wife, Ann-Elise, was similarly blessed, and together we have served as missionary church planters in Honduras, New England, and Ireland.

FAMILY

Ann-Elise and I were married during my first year in seminary, and we are so thankful that God has allowed us to serve Him together for 50+ years now.  We have two married children and four grandchildren.  We moved from Massachusetts to Minnesota in 2018 to be near our delightful grandchildren in retirement.

Making maturing disciples for Jesus.

HOBBIES

Growing vegetables, working with wood, traveling, engaging with our grandchildren.
